Our Constant Commitment: 12 month/12,000 mile
Warranty
We are so confident in the quality of our services that
all work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles,
whichever comes first, on both parts and labor.* (This
warranty includes both factory and after-market parts).
Our 2-year Warranty
Laguna Viejo Auto Service, Inc. provides up to a 2-year
or 24,000 mile warranty on select repairs with our
extended warranty program. To keep your extended
warranty in force, Laguna Viejo Auto must inspect your
car or truck before the initial 12 month/12,000 warranty
expires and every six (6) months thereafter. These
58-point inspections are FREE and are designed to keep
you safe and on the road longer.
Our 3-year Warranty
Laguna Viejo Auto Service also offers up to a 3-year or
36,000 mile warranty on select repairs with our extended
warranty program. As with the 2-year plan, to keep your
extended warranty in force, we must inspect your car or
truck before the initial 12 month/12,000 warranty
expires and every six (6) months thereafter. These
58-point inspections are still FREE and are designed to
keep you safe and on the road longer.
Factory Warranty
Laguna Viejo Auto will perform the scheduled services
required in order to keep your New Vehicle Factory
Warranty valid. When we discover problems that are
covered under your Factory Warranty we will let you know
immediately so that you can return to your dealer for
the necessary, covered, service or repair.

*Laguna Viejo Auto Service is responsible only
for the parts and labor purchased by the
customer and not for subsequent failure of, or
damage resulting from other related parts or
adjustments. This warranty will not be valid if
the vehicle has subsequently been abused,
misused, or if subsequent repair, service,
disassembly or alteration has affected the
warranted item. Warranty obviously excludes wear
items such as brake pads, clutches, tire wear,
filters and fluids, or electrical parts). |
