ABOUT LAGUNA VIEJO AUTO
Laguna Viejo Auto
Service, Inc. has been owned and operated by John Esses
for the past 17 years at this convenient location in El
Paseo, next door to Krispy Kreme Donut.
John started his career 29 years ago pumping gas and
quickly worked his way into the repair shop. He became a
smog technician, shop foreman, and ASE Certified Master
Technician.
In 1994, John set out on his own and opened Laguna Viejo
Auto Service, Inc. at its present location. Within three
years, his shop was awarded the AAA Approved Auto Repair
designation by the AAA club of Southern California.
Then, in 2007, we received AAA’s distinguished longevity
award for maintaining their approved designation for 10
years or more.
All of our ASE Certified technicians take pride in their
work and offer fast, friendly, honest service and up to
a 36
month or 36,000 mile guarantee on both parts and labor.
Even if your vehicle is still under factory warranty, we
are authorized to perform all Factory Scheduled
Maintenance and repairs as per factory requirements.
